Vin is an innovator and leader with twenty-five years of diverse and impactful experience in a variety of roles dedicated to advancing human health, wellness, and performance. Vin launched his career as founder and CEO at Xenith, which helped change the paradigm for concussion prevention and management in sports, through a relentless commitment to both innovation and education. He was subsequently a management consultant within the healthcare practice at global consulting firm McKinsey & Company, where he participated on a variety of projects for senior leaders of healthcare systems, medical device manufacturers, biopharmaceutical companies, and private equity firms. Vin was then a member of the corporate strategy and medical affairs teams at Biogen, a leading neuroscience biopharmaceutical company, and was most recently chief business development officer at Thorne Research, which is changing the way in which consumer wellness is created. Vin is the founder and CEO of VeriTeam, LLC, which supports innovators and investors in the fields of human health, wellness, and performance, and he is also an advisor to multiple patient-centric organizations including BrainMind, Lyfebulb, and the American Nutrition Association. Vin received an MD from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, as well as an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, where he focused on studies and internships related to healthcare venturing. Prior to graduate school, Vin worked for three years as a research fellow at the Transplantation Biology Research Center at Massachusetts General Hospital on protocols designed to increase availability and success of organ transplants. He is a graduate of Harvard University, where he played quarterback on the football team.
